Apavin connects Claude, Cursor or your own agent to business email and WhatsApp. It reads, drafts in your voice, and sends only what you approve.
5,000 calls a month free · works with Claude, Cursor, VS Code and any MCP client
One sentence in Claude or Cursor. Apavin turns it into tool calls on your mailbox and WhatsApp.

Illustration. Names, numbers and messages are examples.
Everyone who wrote last and heard nothing, across email and WhatsApp, oldest first. Drafts for all of them, approved in one pass.
Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, Microsoft 365, Zoho or any IMAP host, with an app password. Search, read and summarise threads; drafts also land in the mailbox's Drafts folder.
Your own number on the WhatsApp Business Platform. The agent sees how long each 24 hour window has left and switches to approved templates when it closes.
Sends become approvals with the recipient, the account and the full text. Permissions per operation, one-click revoke, and a log of every call.

Free already sends email after you approve it. Prepaid 30-day periods, nothing renews on its own.

A remote Model Context Protocol server for your business email and WhatsApp. You add its URL to an MCP client such as Claude, Cursor or VS Code, sign in to Apavin and approve the permissions, and your agent can search conversations, read customer context, draft replies and submit messages. Apavin checks every call against your workspace's permissions, your plan and your role, logs it, and holds outbound messages for a person to approve.
Not by default. A send tool returns status pending_approval and nothing is sent until someone approves it in Apavin. On Growth and Enterprise an admin can let replies in existing conversations go out automatically, under rules: never a first message to a new address, never a template or a scheduled message, never a message containing a blocked term, never above a daily cap, and never while the kill switch is on.
Email connects over IMAP and SMTP with an app password, with presets for Gmail and Google Workspace, Outlook.com, Microsoft 365, Yahoo and Zoho Mail, and manual settings for any other host. WhatsApp connects through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform Cloud API with your own number and token. There is no Gmail or Microsoft OAuth connector yet, and there is no WhatsApp Web or personal-number automation, by design.
A tool call that ran, including a send that was left waiting for approval. Refused calls, invalid input, provider errors, repeats of the same idempotency key and listing the tools do not count. When the monthly allowance is used up, calls are refused until the 1st of the month (UTC) or until you upgrade. There is no overage charge.
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and needs no card: 5,000 calls a month, one email account, search, reading, summaries, drafts, and email sending after a person approves each message. WhatsApp and scheduled follow-ups start on Standard at ₹1,499 or USD 19 every 30 days.
Your workspace's country decides. In India you pay in rupees by UPI, card, netbanking or wallet: Standard ₹1,499 and Growth ₹4,999. Everywhere else you pay in US dollars: USD 19 and USD 59. Rupee prices are set prices, not a conversion. Every plan is a prepaid 30-day period, the exact amount including gateway fees is shown before you confirm, and nothing renews automatically.
